By accessing and using Handicrafts Mart, users agree to comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and platform policies.

Handicrafts Mart operates strictly as a digital marketplace and listing platform. It does not act as a trader, broker, intermediary, or agent in any transaction between buyers and exporters.

All discussions, negotiations, agreements, and transactions take place directly between buyers and exporters. The platform does not participate in, control, influence, or take responsibility for any such dealings.

Handicrafts Mart follows a yearly subscription model with a fee of ₹4999. This fee is charged for digital listing, exporter panel access, and platform services.

The subscription does not guarantee sales, orders, or business outcomes.

Handicrafts Mart charges only a fixed annual subscription fee of ₹4999. The platform does not charge any additional fees, hidden costs, or extra payments beyond this subscription.

Exporters are advised to make payments only through official and verified platform channels. Handicrafts Mart shall not be responsible for any payment made in response to fake calls, messages, or unauthorized communication claiming to represent the platform.

Any such payment made outside official channels shall be solely the responsibility of the exporter, and the platform shall not be held liable under any circumstances.

Every exporter is subject to a verification and onboarding process which may take approximately 2 to 3 working days.

If any false, misleading, or incorrect information is found during or after verification, the platform reserves the right to reject, suspend, or permanently block the account.

Exporters are solely responsible for the accuracy of product details, pricing, certifications, and any commitments made to buyers.

Users agree not to misuse the platform, provide false information, or engage in any activity that may harm the system or other users.

Handicrafts Mart reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of policy violations or misuse.

Handicrafts Mart shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or dispute arising from interactions between buyers and exporters.

The platform does not guarantee any orders, sales, or business success. It only provides a structured environment for visibility and connection.
