Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made to Handicrafts Mart are eligible for refund.
Refunds are applicable only in cases where an exporter is not approved during the verification and onboarding process.
If the exporter does not meet the platform’s verification requirements or fails to provide valid and accurate information, the application may be rejected.
In such cases, the refund will be initiated within 7 working days from the date of rejection or non-approval.
All refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the transaction. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking system.
Payment gateway or transaction charges, if applicable, may be deducted at the time of refund as per payment provider policies.
Once an exporter is approved and granted access to the platform, the subscription fee becomes non-refundable under normal circumstances.
All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval. Handicrafts Mart reserves the right to evaluate each case based on platform policies.
